EADS Internship Opportunities
An internship with EADS provides a unique learning environment that trains students to work with a diverse population. Each Center offers an array of programs designed to meet the individual needs of older adults, ranging in age from 18 – 100, from different walks of life, experiencing different physical or health related challenges, with a focus on maintaining health, independence and quality of life. An internship with EADS gains invaluable work experience.
  • Nursing and Health fields:
    Works under direction of the nursing staff, perform assessments, provide care management for members, develop care plans, assist with transfers personal care, nutrition, and education.
  • Program:
    Design, lead and assist with therapeutic activities in a group setting, provide care management for members, develop care plans.
  • Life Enrichment:
    Lead psychosocial based activity groups, assist with support groups for caregivers, provide care management for members, develop positive behavior support plans.
  • Occupational Therapy:
    Design and implement functional activities, lead exercise programs, provide care management for members, conduct mobility and ambulation assessments.
