Our Purpose

Elder and Adult Day Services (EADS) is a community-based program designed to meet the needs of adults with physical and/or cognitive impairments and chronic health conditions. Structured, comprehensive and non-residential, this porgram provides a variety of social, health, rehabilitative and related support services in a safe setting. EADS utilizes individualized plans of care, quality programming, coordination of services and support for families and other caregivers. These services enable participants to remain living as healthy and independently as possible in their communities.

  • Decrease loneliness, isolation, and depression-related issues through social interactions and activities.
  • Rehabilitative and maintenance therapies to improve functional abilities and levels of independence.

  • Decrease caregiver burn-out and improve overall health, well-being, and quality of life for families.
